Originally from Chicago, Tom Parochelli is a Senior Graphic Designer with a well-rounded background in graphic design, print production, and digital media. After relocating to Florida’s Space Coast, Tom discovered his passion for visual design while contributing to Brevard’s Live2Lead event, an experience that introduced him to the impact of strong branding and professional design.
While earning his graphic design degree from Eastern Florida State College, Tom built hands-on experience through freelance projects, developing foundational skills in branding, layout design, and client collaboration. He further refined his craft at a professional photo studio, specializing in image editing and visual composition, before advancing into a graphic designer role. This early foundation continues to influence his work today, shaping his approach to thoughtful design, attention to detail, and client-focused creative execution.
Tom later expanded his expertise within a print shop environment, gaining in-depth knowledge of production design, typography, and print-ready assets. This diverse experience across industries positioned him for success at Rock Paper Simple, where he now applies his expertise in graphic design, branding, and web design to support business growth.

Additionally, Tom contributed to the award-winning eXpressBadging.com project, which earned an ADDY Award for excellence in design. Tom has also been an integral team member in RPS creative projects that have earned 2025-2026 Local: Space Coast and Regional: District 4 Gold, Silver, and Excellence ADDY Awards.

Beyond the Office
Outside of Rock Paper Simple, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, also an accomplished designer, and their three children in Palm Bay. He is actively involved in his church community and values time spent with family and friends.
Tom is also passionate about board games and game design, with a personal collection of over 100 board and card games. He enjoys collecting, designing, and discussing games, bringing creativity and strategy into his hobbies just as he does in his professional work.
A dedicated Star Wars fan and self-proclaimed board game expert, Tom is always ready for a friendly competition, especially when it comes to game night.
